As a new-ish Software Engineering Manager, I enjoyed watching the new course on Master.dev by Jem Young called, "Engineering Management Fundamentals 101" Well done Jem 👏

Amazing course. With just one course, I became acquainted with so much that I used to be afraid of tackling as a frontend engineer, simply because I didn't know it. The course covers a lot of ground, but it's not overly long and is easy to pick up. Thanks to Jem Young for excellent instruction!

This is the best course I've found on Master.dev. Jem is a fantastic teacher who communicates in a very clear way, and the course material was engaging and perfectly paced.

Sophie Payne

I really appreciate the high-level view from this, especially as a bootcamp grad who slid right into the world of AI where architecture is everything.

Adam Iverson

Excellent course! It provided me with a real problem-solving framework for reasoning through scaling challenges across different parts of a distributed system.

I've been learning how to code for years, but have never felt ready to apply for jobs or at least create my own projects. Imposter syndrome has haunted me for so long. But after watching this course, I feel like I can finally take the next step in my career.
